The SPHRi bootcamp is not an entry-level HR course. It’s a strategic prep program for professionals who already manage HR functions, people, or budgets and want to validate that experience with a globally respected credential.

The Kampala-based SPHRi bootcamp blends live workshops with guided self-study and practice exams—so you can keep delivering at work while you prepare.

The SPHRi (Senior Professional in Human Resources – International) credential is awarded by HRCI® (HR Certification Institute), a globally recognised, independent certifying organisation based in the United States. Our Uganda bootcamp is an independent preparation program designed to help you meet HRCI®’s exam standards.
No. You don’t need a prior certification, but you do need professional-level HR experience. Most participants have 4–15 years of HR practice and currently manage a function, team, or strategic HR projects. If you’re unsure, submit your application and we’ll help you assess eligibility.
No. Your bootcamp tuition covers training, resources, and support. The SPHRi exam application and exam fees are paid separately directly to HRCI®. We’ll guide you through the application process and timelines.
Yes. All sessions are accessible online via Zoom, and recordings are shared afterwards. We already serve HR leaders from across East Africa who join live virtually and attend at least one in-person session where possible.
Absolutely. Most participants are sponsored by their employer. We can issue a corporate invoice in UGX or USD, support you with a business case document, and accommodate reasonable payment schedules prior to the bootcamp start date.
Your access to recordings and support continues even if you shift your exam date, within a reasonable timeframe. We’ll work with you to adjust your study plan while you manage your work and personal commitments.
